Our Policies

Please read our policies carefully. While we want to make everyone happy, we are a small family run operation with limitations to what we can provide. If you have questions, please feel free to email us at avilaandsonsfarms@yahoo.com.

Canceling Orders

Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you wish to cancel, or change an order placed online. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns or refunds

We are sorry you are unhappy with your order, however, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on perishable items. All sales are final. 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be used on items purchased through our website and cannot be used at Farmers Markets. Additionally, no refunds or cash disbursements will be made on gift certificate balances.

Missing or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged due to transit - we do not insured shipping and you must file a claim with USPS.

 

If something arrives defective or you believe something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately by email at avilaandsonsfarms@yahoo.com Photographic evidence may be requested and all cases are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Avila and Sons Farms.

Jar Returns

You can return your used jelly or nut butter jars at any of our farmers market booths for recycling and receive a $.25 discount on your next purchase.
